I don't think there's much to it.
I think he's just making the jump from Graphite to the good ship Lithium. Welcome aboard.
Thinking about it...ARG has that small graphite play...merging with DAF would strengthen that and make AGY one of the only solid Lithium/graphite junior plays? DAF has doubled in the last month due to the AGY cash.
It's MC is only 3M. Seems like a cheap play.
