    the current market cap at 5 cents is $3.1M

    when the SPP is done, the market cap at 5 cents will be $6.24M

    cash held will be $5.1M

    EV at 5 cents = $1.14M

    those buying at 10 cents before the record date will have an average price of 7.5 cents after SPP entitlement

    MC & EV at 7.5 cents = $9.36M & $4.24M
