Malone has to be thrown out completely first for that to happen. In other words they recapitalize the shell To retain ASX rights without any previous crap baggage of management.
Can you believe any thing coming out of Makone's gob from his track record? Even I without his investment banking experience can make more informed decisions. But that is the reason he headed into the spec world, probably couldn't cut it in the real world of banking and never have. Like most running two bit explorers, they wanted to break glass ceilings in corporate world of performance.
Spec world suits them because only pride suffers while they can keep pumping out BS for the next crowd. In corporate world with performance like ARK the door would have been shown a long time ago.
