How was Isabel free from any legal action from any Indigenous group?
5 of the Appellants in the CoA action were Indigenous tribes/clans who contested that they were improperly excluded.
On your second point its not up to shareholders to move on if they aren't happy with management. Management works for the shareholders of the company NOT the other way around.
