one is a financial advisor associated with the broker that supported the raise so obviously needed support from everyone in the broking firms office whilst the other character looks to be Hong Kong based and appeared in the Panama papers based on a quick google... WE talke about Cayman island accounts I wonder if this has somethign to do with it...
Finally love the comeptency of the company secretary..... The cessation of securities were for options that expired in 31/12/21 only a year and a half late in companies submission.... Can't wait for the ASX to send a please explain letter to ARE and listent to what poor excuse they come up with about the dog eating their homework and not being able to submit it on time. Just like the magical mathematical error about all directors taking up their full entitlement in a previous raise which was incorrectly calculated and never actually had all directors take their full entitlement up as LO did nothing with the Loan Shares that are in his control in taking up his full rights....
