Hi @hhoner, There are no indications that the Company is pivoting away into something majorly different. They will still be involved in the Mining sector so I do not believe there will be any need to vote on the acquisition/deal/project.
Perhaps if it involved swallowing another company then that company may need to vote?
Hi @BrightGreenGlow, It looks like the Company wants to be involved in Gold hence the newly created entity Gibson Gold Pty Ltd.
If what the chairman has been saying is true then it should be a cracker!
