These blokes didn't buy a share in ASK until it got bid. They had months and months to buy stock in ASK at $1.10 per share but instead are now buying stock that is dilutive to NSR EPS on the off chance they can extract a bump...
Hmm what if Public Storage just walks away? You end up owning stock in a vehicle you don't control that inevitably sells off.
Not the best use of capital in my view.
