    I am just observing that PTN has significant power in the negotiations if they were to do something with BTR.

    Unlike previous deals that BTR have orchestrated where their market cap was much higher.

    As to the nature of that deal I am not sure, I suspect there is another piece to the puzzle yet to unfold.
