It appears to be compensation for SFR from the sale of a few tenements to Demetallica.
SFR's holding of Demetallica shares is valued at ~$2.4m, so I don't think there's much to see here. Also given SFR sold the assets to Demetallica, it doesn't appear like there is any takeover positioning in play here either.
