i notice that one but you read further majority chunk acquired in March & April by then share price was above $10 so roughly 10% only so saying 60% above is bit exagrassion. Just because i hold stock i won't make up stories !!!
Yes, I read that as well, but even at 2026 EPS of 32c the PE will be 32 if average price they paid is $10.5.
i love WAM to do the growth stock in their portfolio but to achieve they picked a company with highly illiquid stock with high PE with no FF dividend isn't smart move in my opinion because in large scheme of theme where WAM market cap is $1.7b so EOL holding worth $20m is worth 1.2% won't make a move even if share price double from here to $20 in my opinion.
they need liquid stock with ability to in & out frequently and if stuck then ability to get fully franked dividend from those stock.
but if they heard a rumour or got a news of takeover then nothing wrong in 3 month investment to make 20% on 20m investment as well ... ! (hypothetically)
