Good deal for both companies. At last board has done a corporate deal. Man they are slow to act. Very conservative. Risk averse which considering the industry they are in is amazing. All of mining is risky. Nice to be invested in another company that seems progressive. FEX shares have risen nicely since the transaction. We’ve made very tidy paper profits in the short term which, I’m certain MGX are not the slightest bit interested in! Although I would certainly convert the options into shares asap and take the seat on the board, if it up to me
