My personal view is firming up distance to production or a gold run would provide the re-rate.

Announcing plans for a mine and completing the feasibility studies puts a dollar value and timeline to cash flows which allows a buyers to make a much more accurate risk adjusted valuation. Until then punters are left guessing as what share they would have of any cash flow and how far in the future that may be, and therefore how much discounting must be applied.

As for a gold run, if gold becomes sexy again, all boats lift for a moment... All BRB would need is the right spruiker during a gold run and the SP would get a sugar hit. Not my preference for how the company rises in value.
