Yeah have to wait and see I guess if SBM go for a full takeover straightaway. What I don’t understand is if they were going to do a full takeover wouldn’t they announce the 20% stake and the takeover at the same time?
Another possibility is that this is just a long term positioning move to get a toehold/blocking stake in KIN. After the NTM deal with DCN I did think KIN might be a target. Never could bring myself to buy it because the quality of the deposits is pretty average. Very piecemeal and using A$2600 gold price assumption for pit shells.
