I don't know who the EGT is (it could be Glencore, but i think SGL is more likely) but they originally requested a right to 10% of the company.
I'm not guaranteeing it will happen, but given how opaque and monopolistic the graphite industry is, i'd suggest when bank funding is announced we'll see it announced hand in hand with some type of funding/mine-equity position from Sojitz and/or the EGT.
CBA wouldn't have jumped in bed with KNL right now if they thought they could buy more for less in 6 months time!
