another (not so) brilliant decision by Paladin management team

that $4.8M worth of LOT shares is now worth $2.5M

they gave away kk for peanuts

kk cost over $200m and they sold it for $200,000 cash and 90,000,000 LOT shares

but wait there is more .....

Paladin to pay Lotus US$2M to fund planned site restoration including water treatment in recognition of the recent record rainfall at the Kayelekera operations;

...... it scares me to look into this further

again I ask the question “why didn’t PDN sell kk by tender to the highest bidder - why didn’t PDN management try to secure the best possible sale price for kk

to me there is something very wrong with this transaction, as it appears to me PDN management did not even attempt to maximise the sale price

anyone got any evidence to the contrary ??
