OK, so just the announcement from LIT they have almost 20% of LPD.
Think this is a very good move from LIT. Much better to join both companies then to fight in court. And I am 100% sure that the majority shareholders (e.g. the top 20) of both companies will agree to that. Will be a matter of sorting out who will be the BoD of the "merged" company.
In any case I have no objections changing my LPD shares to the shares of the combined LIT/LPD company. Have both already anyway, but not enough to play any role in this fight (only got 1mil LPD shares).
