Well, it dilutes the value of every share, and it’s fair to say the price has dropped, if you have spare cash, it’s a good time to buy to counter act the dilution while the price is low.
It’s a great move though and yes as rikki says we can then power on through approvals, construction and then what we have all been going grey waiting for!!!!! PRODUCTION!
Still some hoops to jump through, then I would be very surprised if post take over (all going well) we don’t have a 100/1 consolidation and then the shares on issue would be 530M ish.
Hopefully it all goes through, of which this announcement insinuates and we can start to see some share price appreciation!
