Interesting. This company has a market cap of $18.4 million and as of 31 December 2019 net assets of $22.2 million (including $15.7 million in cash). So PPS has picked up an 11% stake for basically the proportional value of its NTA. Maybe a cheap way for PPS to bulk up FUM with a consolidation. PPS must be a least confident spending $$ when most companies a trying to conserve it in this market.
