HUB and NWL are being sold off as everyone is expected to draw $10k out of super (re yesterday's fiscal package) and they have a high retail super base.
Praemium has mostly insto / broker FUM which isnt going to be as effected... if at all. They sold off so PPS sold off as they're in the same valuation bucket.
Cap raise? they have $15m cash and no debt... and are cash flow positive... and spend 40% of revenue on marketing which can be reduced...
I do agree on takeover target but. Not from locals. I'd expect an international firm but you never know.
