The fact that both SOL and TOP went into them around the same time suggests to me they know something we don't. Maybe a takeover might happen? SOL are very keen on the model of "partnering" for takeovers these days and seem to be pretty good at finding people with specific management expertise so they might have found someone that has the skills to turn RFG around (not an easy job though!). You would think the underlying business still has plenty of legs with a model that benefits both franchisor and franchisee they just got very greedy and came unstuck a few years ago.
