    I suppose one could surmise that these sellers of RKN would be inclined to now take up a stake in Nov, after all Pete would have negotiated the buy with his intentions disclosed.

    I reckon (RKN) over the next month volume will increase as these same sellers of RKN take a stake in Nov. Possibly buying up those who choose to sell with the hopes of buying back in with the SPP.
