Well it is probably buying Telecom shares. I did a bit of reading and the AGM presentation in October looks promising. They have sold off your overseas assets in HK and Singapore and have net cash of $50mill. They bought over a few internet companies last year which have integrated and their EBIDTA exceeded $23-25 million. So they have done well and growth look promising. I dont know a whole heap about them but from just generalised reading they look like a company on the up. Maybe they needed exposure in telecommunications (maybe better than telstra)
