Just relooking at this, as I noticed Anchorage's appearance on SXL's top 20 shareholder list.
Could someone more informed than I please clarify if this is essentially shared ownership of A1N's existing shares? As currently they are both listed individually in SXL's substantial shareholders list, which could appear as if they both own 14.8% independent of each other.
