Abacus Property Group buying up a storm ever since the takeover offers were withdrawn. Tried to buy a big chunk through institutional placement but were knocked back by NSR as they’re a competitor.
I wonder what their end goal is?? Seeing value in the SP having come so far off their highs or something more sinister at play?
Anyone have any thoughts??
