I'd hardly call 7-8mil a small income stream when the MC of the whole company was less than 20mil, with 10mil cash. Gain enough control and the cash burn should become no more than 1-2 million pa. So it's hardly a surprise the vultures have arrived.

Just need to announce some positive pr spin on HA/VAST, or some potential "big pharma deal" and then the rampers can join in too. .
