    Hi, Strateg1c8, at the time on 21 or 22 July when PTX released the security trading policy announcement I raised the possibility that PTX BoD were concerned about some trading by someone with knowledge of sensitive info (or words to that effect).

    i note the average sale price by AEF over 21 and 22 July appears to be 6 cents, so .5 above the at the time not announced SPP at 5.5 cents.

    But no, im not implying anything.
