Seems current takeover by AGO was scrip based.
They have high growth in revenue and cash balance with strong outlook
Market value of holding is roughly $5.5 million, with exposure to all of CAP's current developments.
Not to sure if they have other takeovers in the pipeline, development of current assets etc etc.. but if you were management would you sell?
