Final order filled at $12.01 today so now on nearly 10000 of these little buggers at about an average of $12.03. Any bad new would have been out by now (re sales decline) so I have made my sprint to the line in the belief (backed by a little research) that there is significantly more upside to be had than downside. No guarantees in this game - especially on the world stage atm - bank interest is crap and property yields carry too much risk IMO. As the old school motto says "Hold Fast" - best of luck to all holders.
