Not sure what to make of this , WBC become a substantial holder with 3,739,182 shares purchased between 3/3 and 24/3 , announced 28/3 , then today BTT ( owned by WBC ) became a substantial holder with 3,696,856 shares purchased between 3/3 and 11/4. Can anyone give me their thoughts on this please ?
