Bad few days for ARF. I've been on the sidelines for a while, about to jump in and purchase my first stake. Any other followers around of this stock? What do you make of it's up and down nature? (Particularly given all the releases look so positive).
I hope that they might look to the lead of taken-over reit GHC, and invest more in the healthcare space but either way, they look like a good bet to me in the medium term.
