At $1 this share is surely under-valued. It has had a rough time at the hands of the market but fundamentals are still sound.
It is still a "BUY" according to my advisor newsletter - buy and hold for a strong recovery - not an overnight sensation if that's what you're looking for - go for mining or biotech if that's your game ;)
