Interesting ideas there.
If PVM merged with GRY and AMX they would almost have enough funds to develop GRY's gold deposit into a mine. Perhaps they would need to borrow $40-50m at most. With the profits from that operation they could in the fullness of time develop the PVM and AMX deposits.
It is a streach of the imagination believing that management in three goldies will agree to give up their positions for the good of the shareholders.
But it is a nice dream.
