I agree with all the commentary here, my concern is if NWH has been required to do more work at Roy Hill than originally required, with an expectation of getting paid, (based on standard project scope variation clauses) and Samsung are playing games, then it could take a while to resolve. It is worth bearing in mind that Samsung has never managed a mining program of work of this size before, and may not have the experience to handle appropriately. Hopefully Hancock management will be keeping a close eye on things with a view to achieving overall project success and timeframes.
