    ROTFLOL Based on your calculations, if a company has more cash, they have more debt.
    Your calculations are wrong, I hope you can see where you went wrong. The correct formula is below.

    Net Debt = (Short-Term Debt + Long Term Debt) - (Cash and Cash Equivalents)

    I was simply highlighting that NWH had a strong cash position. Debt to equity ratio was also 9.1%. I suggest you do more research before you make another foolish statement.
