Yeh, I had a quick look at Citi's movements. Let's just say it doesn't appear their short theory worked out. SP has moved in the wrong direction. Lots of buying in the $2.20's which is not what you would be doing if you were shorting.
You can see a lot of shorts have been closed out from around the time of the AGM:
