my honest opinion on the matter is this (and they'd be people that would know a whole lot more about voluntary administration than I do) : if SL. makes his intentions clear from the get go and sticks with his word and actually genuinely runs MYER for the good of all the patient and long suffering shareholders he will kill it and MYER will make a killing, it will be the best thing for the company because he will shut down his physical stores and incorporate all of his brands into MYER physical stores. However, if his hidden agenda is to continue with this bankruptcy rhetoric in order to personally take control and then drive it into voluntary administration in order for premier to buy it on the cheap it would be a disaster. there's no middle ground with this guy, you must think long and hard about it and decide.
