looking at the last annual report it’s all about the lease liabilities. Question is can Myer renegotiate terms and exit these leases. Surely landlords recognise that voluntary administration is the least preferable option for them, as such they should be working with Myer to determine how they can help Physical stores remain a viable option in the new covid era
