    Agree. Seems from my distance that all was done and dusted as soon as the offer was made.
    If so, I trust this was done to maximise shareholder interest - eg as in "We should take the offer now or take a beating later."
    Either that or this bid's not the ~$3 that would probably still provide good return to Crayon.
