So this is pretty messed up, and it's pretty poor ethical behavior on the part of COG.
Seems like they are taking a material stake in order to block any other bidder from taking a serious look at this, but at the same time not willing to pay what CGR is worth to all shareholders.
Won't be holding any COG shares for longer than I have to if this is the quality of the management.
Still scratching my head as to how CML mgmt got conned by these hucksters (IMO)!
