    LOL, THere would be no way a take over would happen at that price. No company would even waste there time putting forward that price for a take over. They would be laughed at.
    In all my years of trading i have never seen a takeover that was 2.5 - 3 cent per share premium on the current price.

    Where would you get an idea like that from??????????
