    13.5c - people who have been associated with this company long enough knew it was a real possibility. RED always tipped the hardest in a market turnaround. How low will it go this time is the question... they need some positive news on a pour date, any more negativity in regards to not hitting objectives, for whatever reason, it will go close to single didgets.
