Although I think EBT is well placed.

Say a hybrid pre-committment system comes in, this could be the best of both worlds for EBT. They may be able to sell a lot of smart card systems for existing high impact machines to make them compliant and also be able to sell a lot of new machines.

At the moment the market hates the stock. And will probably continue to do so until we get some certainty on regulatory changes.

Once we get some certainty (either way) EBT's share price should rally.

People will see EBT as a thematic play and the share price should rise with some momentum. But once again, who knows?
