HCF also released an announcement regarding the transaction involving 20m CXZ shares. Details regarding the transaction contained in that ann (basically they bought it off an existing holder).
Would've thought CXZ would've released an ann. of their own, considering the size of the transaction in their own shares.
I think this tightens the CXZ register somewhat. Presume that 20m seller was the one sitting at 2c all that time?
edit: sentiment should be buy. I think removal of that overhang bodes well for the short term share price movement, even though I'm still sceptical of the $250k uplift until I see it. Have placed order for another 125k shares @ 0.018 on top of my existing 125k holding as a result of this ann.
