Not sure how rational the article is so get this straight KBC is buying into VEN to put pressure on MEL to repay their loan - but have a part in an article which is putting the entire credibility of MEL at question when they are part way through refinancing said KBC debt ..... something stinks to high heaven here expect the JV will need to respond to some of the allegations put forward in the article
