Not either of those fine gentlemen, but my educated guess is that ultimately based on the results of running the PPP, you will end up with designs for commercial plants optimised either for specific graphite morphology or hydrogen production depending on the client.
This won't mean the other product will be of no use, just that you can tailor the plant for the customer in question. Eg for a remote minesite, the hydrogen will be of much more importance for electricity production rather than the type of graphite their plant will produce. Same goes for retrofits of existing hydrogen plants.
