    Looked at the dates assumed they had done an off market for part but yep maybe a typo and be the 14/4.

    As i understand they can exceed the 20% but are required to make a bid once that occurs (now most likely) or use the creeping takeover provisions but i’d need to reread the rules to be 100% sure
