Ann: Becoming a substantial holder from MIN, page-35

Hi W27, my apologies, they can’t move to 20.000001% , which was the point. The becoming sub holder notice seems to have a typo as if it’s only to 13/4 then if MIN continued buying on the 14th they would be well over the threshold.

MIN do not currently qualify for one of the exemptions, so can’t move above 20% until they do, ie by making a takeover offer. So no , they can’t buy as many as they want currently.

All in my humble opinion though
