    True, but nobody forced them to recommend the scheme in the first place, anybody who sees this as a strategic move by the board probably thinks a win on the pokies is all skill.

    They saw their out and thought they’d roll the dice, with our money.

    I for one didn’t buy ESS for the M&A potential.
