Hi Jeffro, each has their own views on that and it obviously differs from person to person, but once Directors agreed to the scheme they pretty much have to support it unless something materially changes.
I personally am happy they put the offer to us, we were trading at about 35c then lithium prices started to fall. Others will look at NPV numbers and think it’s worth more, but of course retail holders always get screwed by the big players when funds are required. Others will look at scoping study assumptions and say the numbers would be better with different assumptions. Each to their own , at least by putting the offer to us, shareholders get to vote on it and their was always the possibility it would flush out other bidders or even just a higher offer to get it over the line.
I wonder what we would be currently trading at if no offer was on the table and what price the next raising would get undertaken at.
Just my opinion though.
