Assuming Min want to make an offer wouldn’t they want to pick up another 1 mil (0.45% ) shares before making one. In which case of wouldn’t be till later in the day.

Although I think the vote is dead, people who have already voted “yes” probably would want to change their vote now. Don’t forget to. Wouldn’t want the scheme to accidentally go through ( although I think it’s next to impossible with Min holding 19.5 % )
